Backstory:
My admin journey began in a care home where I quickly learned how to juggle competing demands while staying calm under pressure. It was a role that required empathy, efficiency, and top-notch organisation — all of which have stuck with me ever since. From there, I moved into a lively caravan and motorhome dealership, where I spent four years handling front-desk enquiries, admin tasks, customer service, and everything in between. It was fast-paced, varied, and gave me a real love for helping people and solving problems — which naturally led me to recruitment.

I’m detail-oriented, highly organised, and always ready to lend a hand. I take pride in keeping things on track, whether that’s updating records, managing calendars, or stepping in to support the team during busy times. I’m a quick learner, a great listener, and I genuinely care about creating a positive experience for everyone I work with — clients, candidates, and colleagues alike.
Outside of Work:
When the workday’s done, you’ll find me curled up with a psychological thriller — the kind that keeps you guessing right to the last page. I’m also partial to a good romance novel (the cheesier the better!). I love spending time with my family, sharing laughs, meals, and memories. You’ll often find me in the kitchen cooking or baking from scratch, and when I need some downtime, I turn to crocheting or adult colouring books to unwind.
