Hi, I’m Kerrie — a Sales Consultant at HSL. I recently joined the business after spending over 20 years in retail management working with luxury brands, most recently as a Brand Leader at AllSaints. Throughout my career I’ve always been passionate about working with people, building strong relationships, and driving results. Moving into recruitment felt like a natural step, allowing me to combine my background in sales and leadership with a people-focused role where I can help businesses grow and build lasting partnerships.

What I Do

My role focuses on building strong client relationships and driving new business into HSL. I work on developing my network, identifying opportunities, and strengthening relationships with both new and existing clients.

A big part of what I do is understanding what businesses need and connecting them with the right recruitment solutions. I’m motivated by clear goals and enjoy building partnerships that support long-term growth for both our clients and HSL.

My Journey

Before moving into recruitment, I spent over 20 years in retail management working with luxury brands. My most recent role was as a Brand Leader at AllSaints, where I gained strong experience in leadership, client experience, and driving business performance.

After many years in retail, I wanted a change that allowed me to focus more on people and relationships. Recruitment felt like the right path, combining my background in sales, leadership, and client engagement.

Alongside my career, I trained as a psychotherapist at the University of Leicester and have been running my own private practice since 2019, which has given me a deeper understanding of people and communication.

How I Work

I’m naturally people-focused and relationship-driven. I enjoy building genuine connections with clients and understanding their goals and challenges.

My background in retail leadership has helped me develop strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a results-focused mindset. I’m driven, consistent, and committed to delivering high standards while working towards clear goals.

Outside the Office

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and cooking, which I find relaxing and rewarding.

I’m also passionate about personal development and enjoy reading psychology books to deepen my understanding of people.
